Return and Refund Policy

This policy describes the return, exchange and refund terms applicable to orders placed on huolight.com.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at digitalfrenchlab@gmail.com and include your order number. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

2. Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

• new, unused and undamaged;
• in its complete original packaging, with all accessories and documents;
• accompanied by the order form or invoice.

Products that have been unsealed, used or refilled with gas cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of proven non-conformity or product defect.

3. Return shipping costs

4. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will refund all amounts paid (product and, where applicable, initial delivery charges) within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Defective or non-compliant products

If you receive a defective, damaged or non-compliant product, contact us as soon as possible at digitalfrenchlab@gmail.com and include supporting photos. We will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the applicable statutory warranties, at no cost to you.
