These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on huolight.com, published by Huo. Any order placed on the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Huo offers premium lighters in several finishes (Gold, Silver, Gunmetal) and with several ignition modes. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding.
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes, excluding delivery charges, which are specified before the order is confirmed. Huo reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the price in force when the order is confirmed.
To place an order, the customer selects the desired product(s), adds them to the cart and follows the checkout process through final confirmation and payment. The order becomes final only after payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer at this stage.
Payment is made online at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered on the Site (bank card and/or other methods listed at checkout). Transactions are secured by our payment provider.

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty, with the exception, where applicable, of return shipping costs.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision at digitalfrenchlab@gmail.com before the deadline expires. The product must be returned new, unused and in its complete original packaging. Refund terms are detailed in our return and refund policy.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed by the customer after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, where this exception applies to certain accessories.
All products sold on the Site benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the statutory warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), without prejudice to any commercial warranty that may be offered.
Our lighters are designed in accordance with the safety standards applicable to products in this category. They must be used in accordance with their instructions and kept out of reach of children. Gas refilling must be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided.
Huo cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the product that does not comply with its intended purpose or instructions for use.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may also use a consumer mediator under the conditions specified in our legal notice.
Huo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
